Rental terms & conditions
The short, clear version. By placing a rental booking with RareMagic you agree to the terms below.
Booking & minimum hire
All rentals are charged in 24-hour increments. The minimum hire period is one day. Bookings are confirmed once payment clears.
Multi-day discounts
Discounts auto-apply at checkout: 10+ days · 20% off · 5+ days · 10% off.
Refundable deposit
A 30% refundable deposit is collected with every rental. It is returned within 5 business days of safe return, provided the item is in its original condition.
Pickup & delivery
You can collect from our Lagos studio at no cost, or schedule courier delivery (fees vary by zone). Delivery options are quoted at checkout.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your start date. Inside that window the first day's rate is non-refundable.
Late returns
Late returns are charged at 1.5× the daily rate per day, deducted from your deposit. Please call ahead if you need to extend.
Damage
Light wear is expected. Significant damage (tears, paint, water, burns) is assessed at repair cost and deducted from the deposit. We will share photos and quotes before any charge.
Liability
RareMagic is not liable for missed shoots due to courier delays beyond our control. We will always work with you to reschedule.
